Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Confectionery / Candy Packer. This is a light work position with an immediate start, perfect for anyone looking to get started in a production environment without prior experience. You will be responsible for ensuring our delicious confectionery products are packed correctly and efficiently, maintaining our high standards of quality. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack confectionery products into various packaging types (boxes, bags, displays).
- Inspect products for quality defects before packing.
- Ensure packaging meets company standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus, but not required.
