Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Radiant Beauty Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the beauty education industry, with no prior experience required. You will be the first point of contact for our students, prospective students, and visitors, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome students, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and take messages accurately.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for student consultations and campus tours.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide information about the academy's courses and programs to inquiries.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Handle student registrations and payments accurately.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records and academy information.
  • Support the academy team with various tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
