Job Description

Join Westpac in Parramatta as a Part-time Customer Service Officer. This role is perfect for individuals looking for consistent afternoon hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support for their banking needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient customer service to all clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, account management, and basic transaction processing
