This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with no prior experience in fast food or hospitality. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel. As a Burger Hand, you’ll be a key part of our kitchen team, preparing our delicious burgers and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and fresh food every time. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items, primarily burgers, following strict company standards and food safety guidelines.
- Assemble burger ingredients accurately and efficiently for order fulfilment.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation and kitchen area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly after full training.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
