Job Description

Northern Financial Solutions is seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Debt Settlement Negotiator (Trainee). This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with no prior experience in debt negotiation. We provide a comprehensive training program that will equip you with all the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. You will work directly with clients to understand their financial situations, explain debt settlement options, and negotiate with creditors on their behalf. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn debt settlement processes, regulations, and negotiation techniques.
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients to assess their financial situation and understand their needs.
  • Explain debt settlement programs and options clearly and concisely to clients.
  • Assist senior negotiators in preparing and presenting settlement offers to creditors.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and provide ongoing support under supervision.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience and achieve company goals.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
