Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with their comfort and needs before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment and treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Monitor patients under the direct supervision of qualified nursing staff, reporting any changes or concerns.
- Support patients with mobility and personal care, respecting their dignity and privacy.
- Help maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patients.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
