Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Clean and sanitise all kitchen utensils, plates, and cooking equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dishwashing area and kitchen back-of-house
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors and work surfaces
- Manage waste disposal and recycling effectively
- Support kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
