Job Description
Metricon Homes is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Display Home Host to join our team on the Gold Coast. This vital role involves welcoming visitors to our stunning display homes, providing an exceptional first impression, and ensuring a memorable experience. You will be the face of Metricon, engaging with potential homeowners, answering initial inquiries, and maintaining the pristine presentation of our homes. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and availability to work weekends in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors to the display home.
- Provide information about Metricon Homes, our designs, features, and the local community.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation and cleanliness of the display home at all times.
- Answer initial customer inquiries and direct more detailed questions to sales consultants.
- Record visitor information for follow-up by sales team.
- Open and close the display home securely each day.
- Assist with light administrative tasks as required.
