Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors to the display home.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our homes, features, and the lifestyle they offer.
  • Maintain the pristine presentation and cleanliness of the display home at all times.
  • Answer visitor questions accurately and professionally, referring complex enquiries to sales consultants.
  • Collect visitor information and accurately record details for follow-up.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure a positive and memorable experience for every visitor.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
