Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our growing team in Red Deer, Alberta. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to advance their career in enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management. You will be instrumental in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations, including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Gather and analyze client business requirements, translating them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service) to meet client needs.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Provide expert guidance and training to end-users on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Support post-implementation activities, including system enhancements and user support.
- Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CRM, or Business Central)
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Strong understanding of ERP or CRM business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, sales, service).
- Experience with system configuration and customization within Dynamics 365.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, MB-200, MB-210, MB-230).
- Experience with data migration and integration tools for Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Prior consulting experience with external clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
