Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Fraud Reviewer to join our team in Glasgow. This office-based role is crucial for protecting Next plc and its customers from fraudulent online activities. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing e-commerce orders, identifying suspicious patterns, and taking appropriate action to mitigate risks while ensuring legitimate transactions proceed smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of e-commerce orders to identify and investigate potential fraudulent activity.
- Analyze transaction data, customer behavior, and order details to detect suspicious patterns.
- Utilize fraud detection tools and systems to assess risk levels.
- Communicate effectively with customers, payment providers, and internal teams regarding suspicious orders.
- Document findings, decisions, and actions taken for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments, including customer service, loss prevention, and IT, to resolve fraud-related issues.
