Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic E-commerce Photography Stylist Assistant to join our vibrant studio team in Nottingham. In this crucial support role, you will be responsible for preparing products for high-quality e-commerce photography shoots across our diverse range of brands. This involves ensuring all items are immaculately presented, steamed, polished, tagged, and organized according to styling guidelines and shot lists. You’ll work closely with photographers and stylists to maintain an efficient workflow and uphold our brand’s visual standards. This is an on-site position vital for the smooth operation of our busy e-commerce studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Meticulously unbox, unpack, and prepare products for photography, including steaming garments, polishing accessories, and cleaning items.
- Ensure all products are tagged, labeled, and accurately match provided shot lists and styling notes.
- Organize and maintain a clean, tidy, and efficient studio workspace, including props and equipment.
- Assist stylists and photographers during shoots by retrieving products, arranging items, and making minor adjustments.
- Perform quality checks on products before and after shoots to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Support with sample management, including tracking incoming and outgoing products.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider creative team to achieve daily shooting targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce retail and product presentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., email, spreadsheets for tracking).

- Previous experience (e.g., 6+ months) in a retail, visual merchandising, or studio assistant role.
