Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process emergency calls promptly and professionally.
- Accurately assess caller situations and determine appropriate emergency response.
- Provide clear, calm, and concise pre-arrival instructions to callers.
- Dispatch ambulance crews and other emergency services using a Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
- Liaise effectively with various emergency services and medical personnel.
- Maintain meticulous records and accurate data entry.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while managing high-stress situations.
- Adhere strictly to all St John Ambulance WA policies, procedures, and protocols.
