Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic individual with a flair for customer service and a passion for interactive entertainment? Escape Hunt St Albans is seeking a lively and engaging Escape Room Game Master to join our team on weekends. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in entertainment, hospitality, or customer experience. As a Game Master, you will be the heart of our operations, guiding players through their adventures, ensuring their safety, and making sure they have an amazing time. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience as a Game Master is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and brief customers on their escape room challenge and safety protocols.
- Monitor game play from a control room, providing hints and guidance to players as needed to enhance their experience.
- Maintain character and enthusiasm throughout the customer journey, ensuring an immersive atmosphere.
- Reset game rooms efficiently and accurately between sessions, ensuring all props and puzzles are in place.
- Debrief players after their game, celebrating their successes and capturing memorable photos.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and payments with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure the venue is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating needs and resolving any issues promptly.
