Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Eviction Clean-Out Crew in Hackney, London. This physically demanding role involves clearing out properties after evictions, requiring significant heavy lifting, sorting, and cleaning to prepare them for new occupants. As an essential part of our team, you will ensure properties are left in a clean and presentable state. This is a fast-paced environment, and successful candidates will be able to work efficiently and meticulously. Full training will be provided, so prior experience in this specific field is not required, but a strong work ethic and the ability to perform strenuous physical tasks are essential. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently clear out furniture, debris, and personal belongings from properties post-eviction.
- Perform heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of items onto removal vehicles.
- Sort items for disposal, donation, or storage as per company guidelines.
- Thoroughly clean all areas of the property, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and windows.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks promptly and to a high standard.
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Report any damage or issues found within properties to the team leader.
