Job Description
Are you passionate about fitness and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic, high-energy environment? Gymbox is seeking enthusiastic, entry-level Fitness Instructors to join our Shoreditch team. No prior experience is required, as we provide a comprehensive, industry-leading training program designed to equip you with all the essential skills and nationally recognized certifications you need to excel. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and successfully complete all provided training and certification programs.
- Learn and master Gymbox's unique class formats, gym floor protocols, and member engagement strategies.
- Assist senior instructors with class preparation, equipment setup, and member support during sessions.
- Engage positively with members on the gym floor, providing basic assistance, guidance, and upholding Gymbox's high standards of service.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and motivating fitness environment for all members.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
