Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Function Waiters to join our vibrant team for casual night shifts, primarily supporting our corporate events and special functions. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our events run smoothly and our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests during corporate events and functions.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of function rooms, including tables, chairs, and place settings.
- Ensure all service areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event management to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and grooming.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
