Job Description
Are you passionate about working outdoors and ready to kickstart your career in horticulture? Pilbara Garden & Property Services is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Garden Maintenance Hand to join our growing team in Karratha. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals with no prior experience who are eager to learn and grow in the landscaping industry. You will receive full training and support to develop the skills needed for success in garden maintenance. This role offers the chance to work in various outdoor settings, contributing to the beauty and upkeep of properties throughout the Pilbara.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general garden maintenance tasks including mowing, weeding, pruning, and hedging under supervision.
- Learn to operate and maintain various garden tools and equipment safely.
- Support the team in landscape construction and garden improvement projects.
- Perform basic irrigation checks and repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work sites and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
