Job Description

No prior experience is required – we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety. You will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects, learning valuable skills directly from experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople and construction managers with various tasks on site.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision after proper training.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up barriers.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures rigorously.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and scaffolding.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned to support project completion.
Required Skills
- No prior construction experience required – full training provided.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid G-class driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain with company support).
