Job Description
Allegheny Valley Country Club is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Golf Cart Fleet Washer to join our dedicated team. This essential role is responsible for ensuring our fleet of golf carts is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and ready for use by our members every day. Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash and detail the exterior and interior of all golf carts in the fleet.
- Inspect carts for any visible damage or maintenance issues and report findings to the appropriate staff.
- Ensure all carts are properly charged and ready for daily operation.
- Replenish supplies such as scorecards, pencils, and sand bottles in each cart.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and washing area.
- Adhere to all club safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other groundskeeping or maintenance tasks as needed, particularly during off-peak times.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a detailing or cleaning role is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with golf course operations.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
