Job Description
Join the Hall Creek Vineyard team as a Seasonal Grape Picker for the upcoming harvest season. We are looking for enthusiastic and diligent individuals to assist with the crucial task of hand-picking grapes. This role is physically demanding but incredibly rewarding, offering a chance to be part of the winemaking process from its very beginning. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided to all new team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully hand-pick grapes according to specific instructions.
- Handle fruit gently to prevent damage.
- Work efficiently and maintain a steady pace throughout the workday.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and vineyard policies.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
