Job Description
Are you passionate about food and eager to start a rewarding career in hospitality? Cicerello’s Seafood Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team as a Grill Cook (Trainee). No prior experience is required – we believe in investing in our people and will provide comprehensive, hands-on training to turn you into a skilled grill cook. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced chefs, develop valuable kitchen skills, and earn high pay while doing so. If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire to deliver excellent food, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master various grilling techniques under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Prepare and cook a variety of seafood and other menu items to Cicerello's standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in the kitchen.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, portioning, and plating.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- Manage cooking times efficiently to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Required Skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new culinary skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
