Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a Harvest Labourer in Coffs Harbour. This role offers the opportunity for high earnings through consistent work during peak harvest seasons. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to ensure your success. You will be instrumental in harvesting various crops, contributing directly to the supply of fresh produce to Australian households and international markets. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude towards physical outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities
- Harvesting crops according to quality standards and efficiency targets.
- Carefully handling produce to minimise damage.
