Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Administrator / Director to join our team in Fulham, London. This pivotal role involves overseeing the operational management of a key healthcare facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and optimizing administrative processes. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for compliance, budget management, and staff development. Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) is available for eligible international candidates who meet the stringent requirements for this director-level position, demonstrating our commitment to attracting global talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and administrative functions of the healthcare facility.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards (CQC).
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and community partners.
  • Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage patient and staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
