Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our dynamic team at Hilton Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for immediate employment with weekly pay, ensuring a stable income. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas, contributing significantly to our guests’ overall experience. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary, just a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities according to hotel standards.
- Ensure all public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and common spaces, are clean and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items promptly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
