Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
- Support in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications under supervision.
- Learn and contribute to database management and candidate tracking systems.
- Participate in team meetings and observe recruitment strategy discussions.
- Research industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Help organize and coordinate recruitment events or career fairs.
- Provide general support to the HR department as needed.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR information systems or applicant tracking systems is a plus, but not required.
