Job Description
Are you a creative individual with a passion for immersive experiences, storytelling, and problem-solving? The Escape Game Waco is seeking an enthusiastic Immersive Theater & Escape Room Intern to join our dynamic team. This entry-level internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the design, setup, and operation of high-quality escape rooms and interactive theatrical productions. No prior experience is required; we are looking for eager learners ready to dive into the exciting world of immersive entertainment and contribute to unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and quality control of escape room sets and props.
- Support the development and rigorous testing of new puzzles and game mechanics to ensure engaging gameplay.
- Observe and learn about various aspects of guest experience management, from enthusiastic check-in to thoughtful post-game feedback.
- Help with general operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and a pristine game environment.
- Contribute creative ideas for future game themes, compelling narratives, and innovative immersive elements.
- Learn about inventory management for game components, theatrical elements, and operational supplies.
- Shadow game masters and operational staff to understand the flow of customer interaction and problem resolution.

- Familiarity with various escape room themes, puzzle styles, and interactive storytelling techniques.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools or crafting materials.
