Job Description
Are you looking for a stable, full-time night shift opportunity with premium pay and comprehensive training? DHL Supply Chain is seeking dedicated and reliable Industrial Cleaners to join our team in Burlington, ON. No prior experience is necessary – we believe in investing in our employees and will provide full, hands-on training to ensure your success. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of our state-of-the-art logistics facility. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of industrial facilities, including warehouses, offices, and common areas.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffer machines, and pressure washers (training provided).
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other high-traffic areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal.
- Replenish supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or industrial environment is an asset, but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment (training will be provided).
- Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation to the Burlington facility.
- Basic understanding of health and safety protocols.
