Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and data entry.

  • Respond to basic HR inquiries from employees and direct more complex issues to senior HR team members.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help prepare HR reports and presentations using various HR systems and tools.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special HR projects as assigned, contributing to team goals and objectives.

Required Skills

  • No prior HR experience required; full training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
