Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Light Assembly & Packaging Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable day shifts and weekly pay in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the assembly and packaging of high-quality scientific products that make a difference in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform light assembly of components according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
- Assist with material handling and inventory tasks as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
