Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Limousine Bar Restocker to join our operations team in Brixton, Lambeth. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our luxury limousines and executive vehicles are impeccably stocked with beverages, snacks, and amenities before each VIP client journey. This is a crucial position that directly contributes to the premium experience we promise our high-profile guests. Full training will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize inventory of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks, and other onboard amenities.
- Efficiently restock limousine bars and amenity compartments according to pre-defined standards and client requests.
- Ensure all items are presented impeccably, are within their expiry dates, and meet hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stocking area and vehicle preparation zones.
- Conduct quality checks on vehicle interiors to ensure all amenities are present and correctly positioned.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch and cleaning teams regarding vehicle readiness and stock levels.
- Assist with other vehicle preparation duties as needed to support smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles (training provided).
- Ability to lift and carry supplies as required.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality, catering, or inventory role is a plus, but not essential.
- A clean driving license is beneficial for moving vehicles within the depot, though not mandatory for the core role.
