Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Loading Dock Hand to join our dynamic team in Redcliffe on a casual, ongoing basis. This role is crucial for the efficient movement of goods through our busy logistics hub. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, sorting freight, and maintaining a safe and organised dock environment. Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload freight from trucks and trailers.
- Sort and stage incoming and outgoing goods according to established procedures.
- Operate manual handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Verify accuracy of shipments against manifests and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment on the loading dock.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (up to 25kg).
- Strong attention to detail for verifying shipments.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
