Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for luxury watches and jewelry.
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients, building and nurturing long-lasting relationships.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations, demonstrating expert knowledge of luxury brands, movements, and collections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless client journey.
- Maintain the pristine appearance of the showroom and merchandise, upholding brand standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and visual merchandising efforts.
- Actively participate in client events, new product launches, and promotional activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases.
Required Skills
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in a sales or customer service role, preferably within a premium or luxury environment.
