Job Description

This entry-level role is designed for individuals with limited or no prior consulting experience, offering comprehensive training and mentorship to kickstart your career. You will work alongside experienced consultants, contributing to diverse projects, analyzing business challenges, and developing strategic recommendations for our clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in conducting research and data analysis to support client projects.
- Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and other client deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, actively listening and contributing ideas.
- Support project management activities, including tracking progress and managing documentation.
- Learn and apply various consulting methodologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and build strong internal relationships.
- Continuously develop personal and professional skills through training and mentorship.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (recently completed or soon to be completed).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High level of initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
