Job Description
Are you passionate about cars and eager to kickstart a career in the automotive industry? Kwik Fit in Liverpool is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanics Mate to join our busy team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone with little to no prior experience, as full training will be provided. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning the ropes of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. This role offers an incredible opportunity to develop valuable skills and grow within a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified mechanics with vehicle inspections, servicing, and repairs.
- Carry out basic vehicle maintenance tasks under supervision, such as oil changes, tyre fitting, and battery checks.
- Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
- Fetch tools, parts, and equipment as required by senior technicians.
- Learn and adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Support customer service by ensuring vehicles are presented cleanly upon completion of work.
- Complete training modules and development programmes as assigned.

- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
