Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Membership Support Assistant to join our professional team in Townsville. This role is crucial in supporting the daily operations of our membership program, ensuring our valued members receive exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact for membership enquiries, process applications, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall success of our not-for-profit mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to membership enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process new membership applications, renewals, and updates with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member databases and records.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of membership communications and materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of membership support processes.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to resolve member issues.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
