Job Description
Stephens Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Mobile App Developer with expertise in iOS and Swift to join our dynamic technology team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of critical mobile applications that enhance our financial services offerings. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, user-friendly mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable iOS applications using Swift.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Stay up-to-date with new mobile technologies and industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Swift and the iOS SDK.
- Experience with Xcode IDE and Interface Builder.
- Understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SwiftUI and Combine.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices in mobile development.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile apps.
- Understanding of financial services industry domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
