Job Description

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Oil & Gas Drillers to join our global operations. As an Oil & Gas Driller, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of drilling equipment, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate drilling rig and associated equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor drilling operations to ensure compliance with operational plans and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate drilling logs and reports.
  • Conduct pre-tour and post-tour inspections of drilling equipment.
  • Oversee the work of the drilling crew and provide on-the-job training as needed.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of drilling fluids and materials.
  • Implement emergency procedures as required.
  • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize drilling performance.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Oil & Gas Driller or Assistant Driller.
  • Proven knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to operate and maintain various drilling rig components.
  • Strong understanding of well control principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging environments.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED; technical certification or vocational training in drilling operations is a plus.
  • IADC or IWCF Well Control certification.
  • Experience with advanced drilling technologies.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting.
  • Previous international work experience.
