Job Description

Are you a dedicated gamer with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy helping others and solving problems? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote Online Gaming Support Agents. In this 100% remote role, you’ll be the first point of contact for players, providing chat-based support for various gaming-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional chat-based customer support to gamers experiencing technical issues, account problems, or general inquiries related to gaming services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve player issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, professional, and empathetic support.
  • Document all player interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, game updates, and support tools.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and productive remote work environment.
