Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Order Fulfilment Staff to join our dynamic team in Mildura. This is a casual role with flexible shifts and weekly pay, perfect for individuals looking for consistent work without a fixed full-time schedule. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring our products reach their destinations efficiently. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals keen to start or develop their career in logistics and warehousing.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify order accuracy and product quality before dispatch.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labelling and documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report any discrepancies or product damage to supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 15kg.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (not essential, full training provided).
- Forklift license (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
