Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and physically active Pallet Wrapping Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Springfield, MO. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and secure transportation of goods by accurately and efficiently wrapping pallets at the end of the production or packing line. No prior experience in pallet wrapping is required, as full training will be provided to the successful candidate. This is an active role requiring continuous movement, standing, and manual dexterity.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate pallet wrapping machinery to secure finished goods for shipment.
- Ensure pallets are wrapped correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Monitor wrapping equipment for proper function and report any issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
