Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Parcel Sorters to join our team for the essential midnight shift at our Griffith depot. This is a critical role in our logistics operation, ensuring that parcels are efficiently sorted and prepared for timely distribution. Due to the demands of the midnight shift, we offer high penalty rates to compensate for your commitment. If you’re physically fit, have a keen eye for detail, and are looking for stable full-time work, we encourage you to apply. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually sort parcels, packages, and freight according to destination codes.
- Load and unload goods from vehicles and containers safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as required, with training.
- Perform visual checks on parcels for damage or incorrect labels.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sorting targets.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move parcels up to 25kg frequently.
- Reliability and punctuality for midnight shifts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical role (beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided).
