Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our production team as Pasta Manufacturing Machine Operators. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in food manufacturing, working within our state-of-the-art indoor food production facility. Full training will be provided to ensure you become proficient in operating and monitoring our advanced pasta manufacturing machinery. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality, adhering to strict food safety standards, and contributing to efficient production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated pasta manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Ensure all machinery is running efficiently and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to meet Warburtons' high standards.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Assist with the setup, changeover, and cleaning of production lines.
- Maintain accurate production records and log sheets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety concerns immediately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and organized throughout shifts.
