Job Description
Join Sunbelt Rentals as a Portable Toilet Pump Truck Assistant, a vital role in our Event Maintenance team in Irving, TX. You will work alongside experienced operators, assisting in the servicing and maintenance of portable sanitation units for various events. Key Responsibilities
- Assist pump truck operators in the daily servicing of portable toilets and holding tanks.
- Learn and perform proper pump-out procedures, ensuring waste is handled and disposed of safely and according to regulations.
- Clean and sanitize portable units, restocking supplies such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on units as directed.
- Load and unload portable toilets and equipment onto trucks for delivery and retrieval.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding service schedules and issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients on event sites.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role or outdoor work.
- Familiarity with the Irving, TX area roads and event venues.
