Job Description
Bradken is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in Canning Vale as a Powder Coating Assistant. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with no prior experience in powder coating or manufacturing, offering comprehensive on-the-job training. If you are eager to learn a valuable trade, possess a strong work ethic, and are looking for a role with a high hourly rate, we encourage you to apply. You will play a crucial role in our production process, contributing to the finishing of high-quality industrial components.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the preparation of components for powder coating
- Load and unload parts onto racks and conveyors
- Clean and degrease surfaces to ensure optimal coating adhesion
- Mask areas not to be coated according to specifications
- Perform basic quality checks on finished products for consistency and adherence
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all safety protocols
- Support general workshop duties as required
