Job Description

As a Producer at Sky, you will be instrumental in bringing captivating content and experiences to life. You will manage the end-to-end production process, from concept development and strategic planning through to execution and delivery. This role requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our diverse audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the production lifecycle of assigned projects, from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams including creative, technical, marketing, and legal departments.
  • Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during production, implementing solutions proactively.
  • Oversee quality control, ensuring all content meets brand guidelines and technical specifications.
  • Present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in content production.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Producer in a media, entertainment, or digital content environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
  • Deep understanding of content creation workflows and technical requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, Film, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large-scale broadcast or digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • A portfolio demonstrating successful content productions.
  • Understanding of audience analytics and content performance metrics.
