Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Lead to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our interactive media and customer engagement platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our digital experiences, ensuring we deliver innovative and engaging features that captivate our customers and align with our business objectives. You will lead a dedicated product team, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to bring cutting-edge interactive solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for interactive media features and engagement tools across our digital platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories, working closely with UX/UI designers and engineering teams.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality user experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product progress and performance.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform future product enhancements and strategic shifts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interactive media and digital engagement.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on tech and interactive media products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products or features.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Experience with A/B testing, user research, and continuous discovery practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Experience within e-commerce or large-scale consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies like AR/VR, AI-driven personalization, or gamification.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar product management certifications.
