Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and passionate Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Pittsburgh. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, building, and launching features that enhance user engagement, retention, and learning outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, design, research, and marketing teams to translate user needs and business goals into compelling product experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for specific features or product areas.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify new opportunities and validate product hypotheses.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and wireframes.
- Work collaboratively with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and A/B test results to iterate and optimize features.
- Communicate product updates, performance, and strategies to stakeholders across the organization.
- Champion the user experience, ensuring our products are intuitive, engaging, and effective.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on consumer-facing products.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ed-tech, language learning, or gaming industries.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms.
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Design).
