Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and highly reliable individual to join our team as an Entry Level Public Treasury Vault Assistant. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the secure receipt, storage, and release of treasury assets and sensitive materials.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain meticulous records of all vault activities.
- Adhere strictly to all security protocols, company policies, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Operate and maintain vault equipment and systems under supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and security personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and organize documents related to asset transactions and audit trails.
- Report any discrepancies or security concerns immediately to supervisory staff.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance security knowledge and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
