Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Real Estate Closing & Title Intern to join our Lewisville, TX office. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in real estate law, specifically within the closing and title processes. No prior experience is required; we are committed to providing comprehensive training and mentorship to the successful candidate. You will work closely with our experienced legal team, supporting critical functions that ensure smooth and efficient real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with various tasks related to real estate closings and title examination.
- Organize and maintain client files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct preliminary research on property records, liens, and other title-related documents.
- Prepare draft closing documents, correspondence, and legal forms under supervision.
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and title companies as directed.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with general administrative duties.
- Proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to legal standards.
- Learn and utilize real estate specific software and databases.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
